They will keep sending out techs... the thing is, for the entire period you are reporting problems starting on the first day a tech comes out until the issue is resolved, they'll refund you what you've been paying in full every month if you ask.I got like 4 months internet free like 10 years ago when I was having major packetloss in GB only but everything else was fine.
