IIRC FL- is in Oklahoma. Not sure about Seattle though. Welcome back to the mainland! It'll be quite the climate change for you. You should start playing Rocket League with us all once you get a good connection to the US servers.

I live just outside of Seattle proper in Bellevue now.

No shit? How is Bellevue? I'm weighing my neighborhood options (internet is most important tbh) for the next few months while I canvas for some jobs.

It's pretty good, are you looking for more of a city feel to where you live or suburban? Bellevue is definitely less...crowded I guess you could say. If you get a job right in Seattle you could probably find a good apartment/condo if that's the route you want to take. If you don't mind short commuting there's lots of good neighboring areas (Bellevue, Redmond, Newcastle).

I don't mind being in the middle of the city if my workplace is nearby (which is probable), but I know the rent is gonna be crazy there. I'll definitely check the surrounding areas since public transpo isn't too bad there (or so I'm told?).

I'm in Dallas, so depends on what part of Oklahoma you're in as to how close by you will be.

Public transportation isn't bad. Depending on where you are going to be working (where in the city) it's really easy.

Although some days going from Lake City to Downtown can be over an hour and a half on a bus. fuuuuck

I live just outside of Tulsa proper in Bixby now.

However, I'm really trying to become more of an idea than a person.

But are you looking for more of a city feel to where you live or suburban? Bixby is definitely less crowded you could say. I actually work in Tulsa with my nephew in law, but I don't mind short commuting. There's lots of good neighboring areas (Bixby, Owasso, Broken Arrow).
